Dealers get Mercedes awards

SURABAYA: PT DaimlerChrysler Distribution Indonesia presented on
Monday awards to three of the 20 authorized dealers of its
flagship Mercedes-Benz.

The three dealers were PT Panji Rama Otomotif Jakarta, PT
Cakrawala Automotif Rabhasa Jakarta and PT Kedaung Satrya Motor.

Kedaung won the 2004 best dealer award, in addition to being
honored for its service, appearance and retail quality control
system.

Panji won the award for best spare parts, while Cakrawala
earned an award in the new vehicle sales category.

DaimlerChrysler deputy director for business and project
development Chrysler operation, dealer administration, Kurt Koch,
said over the weekend the awards showed the German automaker was
focusing on the development of dealerships in Indonesia. -- JP
