Daughter of Author Ahmad Bahar to Report GRIB Jaya Chairman Hercules to Metro Jaya Police Tomorrow

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — F (33), the daughter of author Ahmad Bahar, will report the Chairman of the GRIB Jaya DPP, Rosario de Marshall alias Hercules, to Polda Metro Jaya on Friday (22 May 2026). F will report Hercules in connection with alleged intimidation and unpleasant treatment she endured when brought to the GRIB Jaya headquarters in Kedoya, West Jakarta, on Sunday (17 May 2026).

The Chairman of Research and Public Advocacy at LBH AP PP Muhammadiyah, Gufroni, stressed that the report is based on F’s personal experience and is not related to the dispute between Ahmad Bahar and Hercules, which has since been resolved.

According to Gufroni, two police reports will be filed. The first relates to alleged kidnapping, hostage-taking, intimidation, persecution, use of firearms, and the degradation of a woman’s dignity. The second concerns alleged hacking of F’s account which was used to send intimidating messages to Hercules and his wife.

“The next report relates to personal data that was hacked, which led Hercules to become angry and to accuse her (F) of being the perpetrator (the sender of the intimidation messages),” he said.

Gufroni said they had prepared several pieces of evidence to bring to the police. “The evidence includes screenshots; there is a range of material we have prepared,” he added.

He argued that the actions suffered by F during her intake at the GRIB Jaya headquarters violated human rights because the victim was treated like someone being interrogated by law enforcement officers.

“There is a brother Hercules who carried out actions which we believe breach human rights, particularly towards a woman,” he added. “And those things make us feel distressed that in a rule-of-law country there are still interrogation practices beyond what is reasonable.”

In her testimony, F said she faced verbal intimidation and heard two gunshots while at the headquarters. “I thought it wouldn’t come to firing,” she said. “Here I shoot, boom boom,” he fired twice.
