Police have interrogated Ilma Sani Fitriana, the daughter of author Ahmad Bahar, with 47 questions concerning her report against the Chairman of the GRIB Jaya movement, Hercules Rosario Marshal, regarding alleged unlawful detention.

“There were at least approximately 21 pages, quite thick, with 47 questions, all of which have been answered clearly and brightly, accompanied by photographic evidence, including about 28 photos,” said Ilma’s legal counsel, Gufroni, at the Metro Jaya Regional Police on Tuesday (2/6).

Gufroni stated that following this examination, there is no longer any reason for investigators to withhold processing his client’s report. He expressed hope that investigators would soon summon Hercules and several members of GRIB Jaya for questioning as reported parties.

On the same occasion, Ilma expressed her hope that the authorities would fully uncover the truth behind the reported case.

Previously, Hercules Rosario Marshal, Chairman of GRIB Jaya, was reported to the Metro Jaya Regional Police regarding the alleged detention of Ilma Sani Fitriana. The report was filed by Ilma, accompanied by her lawyer Gufroni, on Friday (22/5). In addition to Hercules, Ilma also reported members of GRIB Jaya who allegedly forcibly picked her up.

“For us, this falls under criminal acts, namely hostage-taking, kidnapping, verbal threats, and the use of firearms and various other offences,” Gufroni told reporters.

Ilma’s report was received by the Metro Jaya Regional Police and registered under number LP/B/3679/V/2026/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated 22 May 2026. In addition to the alleged detention, Ilma also reported WhatsApp hacking, which is registered under the same report number.

In response to the report, GRIB Jaya subsequently filed a counter-report against Ilma Sani Fitriana and others to the Metro Jaya Regional Police on Monday (25/5). The report was received and registered under number LP/B/3749/V/2026/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA, dated 25 May 2026. Ilma has been reported under Article 264 of the Criminal Code and Law Number 1 of 2023 regarding the criminal act of spreading false news.

“The report names Ms. IF and others as the reported parties. The report concerns the spreading of news and information that is incomplete, uncertain, and excessive,” said Hika TA Putra, spokesperson for the GRIB Jaya legal team, at the Metro Jaya Regional Police on Monday.
