Dasco Receives Aspirations from PPPK and Part-Time PPPK Workers, Outlining Their Demands
The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR RI), Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, received an audience from representatives of the Red and White Alliance (AMP), which represents Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) and Part-Time PPPK, at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, on Tuesday (6/10/2026).
During the meeting, PPPK workers expressed aspirations regarding the certainty of their employment status, the fulfilment of their rights, and the improvement of their welfare. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Speakers of the House, Sari Yuliati, Saan Mustopa, and Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal.
Through a post on his official Instagram account, Dasco emphasised that PPPK workers who have been serving in schools, community health centres (puskesmas), and various public services are entitled to receive certainty from the state. “Those who serve in schools, health centres, and service offices deserve certainty,” Dasco wrote in his post on Tuesday.
According to Dasco, the AMP representatives presented several issues that remain a concern for both full-time and part-time PPPK workers. These aspirations include certainty of status, the fulfilment of employment rights, welfare, and the hope for a clear resolution mechanism for the various challenges they face.
Dasco noted that these issues are not merely matters of personnel administration. Behind the employment status of these workers, there are families waiting for certainty regarding their future and well-being. “Behind every employment status, there is a family waiting for certainty,” said Dasco.
He ensured that all input provided during the audience has been recorded by the leadership of the House of Representatives for further discussion. Dasco stated that the DPR will coordinate these various aspirations with the relevant ministries and agencies in accordance with the parliament’s authority.
“We have recorded all this input as material for discussion, and we will coordinate it with the relevant ministries, in accordance with the authority of the DPR RI,” said Dasco.
