Dasco Meets OJK Chairman to Ensure Financial Sector Stability

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR RI), Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, held a meeting with the leadership of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) at their office on Tuesday (29/09/2026).

In a post on his personal Instagram, the Gerindra Party politician was seen conversing with the Chair of the OJK Board of Commissioners, Friderica Widyari Dewi, the Executive Head of Capital Market, Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange Supervision, Hasan Fawzi, and the Executive Head of Mineral and Strategic Commodity Exchange Supervision, Sarjito.

“Public trust is maintained through consistent supervision,” Dasco began in his caption on Tuesday.

He stated that the meeting with the three OJK Board Members took place at the Parliament Complex in Senayan. Their discussion focused on the stability of the financial sector to ensure that the public remains safe in their savings and investments.

“The views presented will be forwarded to the relevant commission. We in the House of Representatives will ensure that coordination with the OJK continues to run closely, so that financial sector supervision truly works for the people,” Dasco added.
