Dasco increases operational vehicles to boost Gerindra Tangerang machinery
Tangerang (ANTARA) - The Daily Chairman of the Gerindra Party DPP, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, has provided two additional operational cars to the Tangerang City Gerindra Party Branch (DPC) in Banten, to support activities and organisational consolidation down to the sub-district and village levels.
Dasco stated that the two vehicles are intended for electoral districts (dapil) four and five, which are currently lacking operational transport, and are targeted to be received by next week.
“The two units of cars that have not yet been obtained for dapil 5 and dapil 4, God willing, will be received next week,” said Dasco while attending the inauguration of the Tangerang City Gerindra DPC officials at GOR Gondrong on Sunday.
He expressed his appreciation for the consolidation of Gerindra Tangerang, which has been running in a structured manner down to the branch level.
“I have seen the figures presented earlier; a structured, systematic, and massive management, I feel, has only been fulfilled in Tangerang City,” he said.
Dasco also praised the cohesion of the Tangerang City Gerindra officials in organising activities involving party ranks down to the sub-district and village levels.
He urged the party ranks to maintain the spirit of consolidation in facing the political agenda for 2029.
“Hopefully, this can serve as an incentive for us in Tangerang City to continue fighting for our victory in the Legislative Elections and certainly the Presidential Election in 2029,” he said.
Dasco added that the Gerindra ranks in Banten are also continuing consolidation at the regional level to maintain organisational spirit.
“If we look at Gerindra Banten, they remain enthusiastic, and I see that our colleagues in Gerindra Banten are also actively conducting grassroots activities to boost the spirit of the DPCs existing in Banten,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Gerindra Party Banten Provincial DPD, Andra Soni, encouraged the Tangerang City Gerindra DPC ranks to continue strengthening internal consolidation and organisational structure down to the branch level.
According to him, organisational consolidation is carried out periodically, even though the 2029 Election stages are still quite far off.
“Even though we are still far from the election, we always conduct internal party consolidation. The message from him is to maintain cohesion and stay close to the people,” he said.
Andra noted that the operational vehicles could be used to support both organisational activities and social activities for the community.
According to him, several Gerindra DPCs already possess ambulances, whereas the Tangerang City DPC has taken the initiative to provide additional operational vehicles.
“Hopefully, this can serve as motivation for other DPCs, showing that the Tangerang City DPC can have operational vehicles. These operational vehicles, in addition to the ambulances already owned by each DPC, can also be used to assist the public,” he said.
