Danantara's 2025 Financial Report Still Under Audit
The Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) has announced that its 2025 consolidated financial statements are still in the audit stage. Rohan Hafas, Managing Director of Stakeholders Management and Communications at Danantara, stated that the report will be released once the process is complete.
“It will be presented after the entire audit process is finished in accordance with statutory regulations,” Rohan said in a written statement on Thursday, 2 July 2026.
Nevertheless, the financial statements for every State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) were completed as of 30 June 2026 and can be accessed via their respective official websites. Meanwhile, Danantara’s consolidated financial statements are being audited by the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK).
Rohan noted that Danantara has begun realising its investment mandate through several strategic investments funded by dividends from State-Owned Enterprises received in 2025. A portion of these dividends has been allocated to support projects of strategic value to national development, which are expected to create long-term economic benefits.
These projects include the Hajj and Umrah Village in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, as well as waste-to-energy projects for sustainable waste management and to enhance energy security.
“All such investments are carried out by prioritising good governance principles, investment discipline, prudent risk management, and an orientation towards creating long-term value for the nation and the community,” said Rohan.
