Danantara to Issue Debt Securities Worth IDR 7 Trillion
Jakarta — PT Danantara Investment Management (Persero) has announced plans to issue medium-term notes (MTN) worth IDR 7 trillion across two series with tenors of 5 and 7 years.
Based on data from PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), the issuance is divided into Series A and Series B, each with a nominal value of IDR 3.5 trillion.
MTN Series A, traded under security code DNTR02A1JP, carries a nominal value of IDR 3.5 trillion and will mature on 18 March 2031, representing a 5-year tenor.
MTN Series B is traded under security code DNTR02B1JP with the same nominal value but a longer tenor of 7 years, maturing on 17 March 2033.
The securities feature fixed-rate interest with annual payment frequency. The first interest payment is scheduled for 17 March 2027.
Previously, Danantara launched a Patriot Bond with total emissions valued at IDR 50 trillion, offered in two different tenors of 5 and 7 years with coupons offered at 2%.
Rosan Roeslani, Chief Executive Officer of the Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagatha Nusantara (BPI Danantara), disclosed that absorption of the Patriot Bond has reached the target of IDR 50 trillion at 100 percent capacity.
