Danantara to Hold Housing Expo 2026, Supporting Government's 3 Million Homes Programme

Danantara Indonesia is holding the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 as an effort to provide easier access to housing for the public while supporting the government’s three million homes development programme. The exhibition will be held from 27 to 30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta. Danantara management explained that the exhibition integrates housing options with various financing alternatives that can be tailored to the public’s financial capabilities. The programmes offered include down payments starting from one per cent, interest rates from 2.75 per cent, tenors of up to 30 years, and step-up instalment schemes, subject to applicable terms and conditions. The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 brings together state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in the property sector, member banks of the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), developer partners, and supporting industry players within a single integrated ecosystem. ‘Through this collaboration, the public can directly access housing options, obtain project information, consult directly with developers, and explore various financing alternatives,’ Danantara management stated. The exhibition also presents more than 200,000 housing units from Himbara developer partners, both BUMN and private, covering the low-income (MBR) and non-MBR segments. ‘This collaboration is expected to expand public access to decent and affordable housing, while supporting the growth of the housing sector and its related industries,’ Danantara management added. The Danantara Housing Expo is designed as a one-stop housing ecosystem featuring housing options, financing services, and direct consultations with developers in one location. The public can explore various housing projects, obtain information on specifications, locations, prices, and project status, conduct financing simulations, and even place orders in accordance with the provisions of each project. All transaction and financing processes remain subject to the agreements of the parties involved, the policies of the financing banks, and the prevailing laws and regulations. In addition to the housing exhibition and financing services, the Danantara Housing Expo also features a home living area and various educational activities related to home ownership and management.
