JAKARTA – Head of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Supervisory Board and Chief Operating Officer of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, held a meeting with the board of directors of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk to discuss developments and various public complaints concerning LRT City. Dony stated that the meeting was part of the Supervisory Board and Danantara’s efforts to ensure that issues affecting the public receive attention and are promptly addressed.

Dony noted that LRT City is part of an integrated residential area development connected to mass transportation infrastructure. As the development progresses, he said, resolving public aspirations and complaints is crucial so that the development can provide benefits and comfort to residents.
Responding to this, Dony stressed the importance of Adhi Karya following up on various complaints submitted by the public. He believes that issues must be resolved quickly while maintaining good communication with the residents.
“All public complaints need to be followed up immediately. Communication with residents must also be strengthened so that existing issues can be resolved quickly,” Dony said.
Dony mentioned that the SOE Supervisory Board and Danantara are pushing Adhi Karya to ensure that area management is carried out responsibly. Development must not only be completed physically but must also provide a sense of safety, comfort, and certainty for the community.
