Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara Indonesia, Dony Oskaria, stated that the company is still consolidating the financial reports of all state-owned enterprises (SOEs) regarding the schedule for releasing Danantara’s official annual financial statements. Dony said consolidating all SOEs’ financial reports is currently Danantara’s top priority.

‘I also want to clarify why Danantara’s financial reports have not yet been released. This is part of our transparency effort, consolidating all SOEs’ reports,’ Dony said on Sunday, 31 May 2026.

He viewed the consolidation of SOEs’ financial reports as a crucial step in strengthening fiscal transparency and corporate governance of state-owned enterprises.

‘We are cleaning up all SOEs’ reports, and some have yet to be completed,’ Dony added.

Furthermore, Dony, who also serves as Head of the SOE Regulatory Body (BP BUMN), said the consolidation, data cleaning, and financial reporting process is targeted for completion by end-June 2026.

‘By the end of June, all SOEs’ reports will be finalised,’ he stated.

Additionally, Dony mentioned significant accounting adjustments during consolidation, including an impairment of nearly Rp100 trillion on SOEs’ books.

‘I have stated on several occasions that we are applying an impairment of nearly Rp100 trillion to SOEs’ books. This reflects our transparency and commitment to managing SOEs transparently in the future,’ Dony said.

On a separate note, he emphasised transparent governance at PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI), the SOE tasked with strategic national commodity exports.

‘At PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia, we ensure the company operates with good governance, transparency, and accountability,’ Dony added.
