Danantara Reveals Plan to Merge Garuda, Citilink, and Pelita Air

ANTARA - The Nusantara Future Investment Management Agency (Danantara Indonesia) will form a holding company for three state-owned airlines, namely PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Citilink Indonesia, which is a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, and PT Pelita Air Service as a business unit of PT Pertamina (Persero). MD Stakeholders Management of Danantara Indonesia, Rohan Hafas, stated on Thursday (26/2) that the formation of the holding company for the three airlines will be completed in the first half of 2026.
