Danantara Reports All State-Owned Enterprises Have Completed 2025 Financial Statements
The Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara Indonesia) has announced that all State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) within its ecosystem have completed the preparation of their Financial Reports for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
Managing Director of Stakeholders Management and Communications at Danantara, Rohan Hafas, stated that the agency is highlighting several examples of BUMN performance showing positive growth in the period from April 2025 to April 2026.
“Danantara is also presenting a number of highlights on performance achievements throughout 2025 that reflect the resilience, transformation, and contribution of BUMN across various strategic sectors to the national economy,” he said in an official statement in Jakarta on Thursday, 2 July 2026.
Rohan noted that this selection is not intended as an exhaustive list, but rather as a spotlight on a number of BUMN companies with outstanding performance improvements since being under Danantara’s management ecosystem.
“Beyond the entities featured, there are still various other BUMN that have also recorded positive performance developments and continue to be part of Danantara’s sustainable transformation agenda,” Rohan said.
Some examples of BUMN companies recording positive performance for the period April 2025 to April 2026 include PT Pertamina, which recorded an 80 per cent year-on-year (yoy) profit increase to Rp24.9 trillion as of April 2026, and PT Pupuk Indonesia, which recorded a 202 per cent (yoy) profit increase to Rp3.2 trillion as of April 2026.
Furthermore, Pelindo recorded a 169 per cent (yoy) profit increase to Rp900 billion as of April 2026, and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) recorded a 15 per cent (yoy) profit increase to Rp21.2 trillion in April 2026.
Additionally, PT Krakatau Steel Tbk recorded a profit of Rp635 billion in April 2026, reversing a previous loss of Rp981 billion, and PT Kimia Farma Tbk recorded a profit of Rp108 billion in April 2026, reversing a previous loss of Rp160 billion.
These BUMN that turned a profit from a previous loss did so following restructuring actions and capital support from PT Danantara Asset Management (DAM).
Beyond the improvement in financial report performance, Danantara has also begun to realise its investment mandate through a number of strategic investments funded, among other sources, by BUMN dividends received in 2025.
“A portion of these dividends has been allocated to support projects that hold strategic value for national development and are expected to create long-term economic benefits,” Rohan concluded.
