Danantara on Prabowo's Directive: Investments to be Closely Monitored and Communicated Transparently
President Prabowo Subianto summoned several ministers, including the Head of the State-Owned Enterprise Supervisory Board and Chief Operating Officer of the Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) Investment Management Agency, Dony Oskaria, on Sunday (14/6/2026). During the meeting, Prabowo received reports on the increasing interest of global investors in Indonesia, which is seen as reflecting strong confidence in the country’s economic prospects.
The meeting also discussed various strategic investment opportunities currently being explored. Prabowo stressed the importance of maintaining this positive momentum through stronger coordination, accelerating investment realisation, and safeguarding opportunities that impact national economic growth.
Prabowo further directed officials to openly communicate investment data to the public. This step is considered crucial for strengthening public trust and demonstrating the progress achieved. ‘The President’s directive is very clear: ensure every investment opportunity is properly managed and communicated transparently to the public,’ Dony said in a written statement on Monday (15/6/2026).
