Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara Indonesia, Dony Oskaria, has affirmed that the agency is accelerating the resolution of problems affecting the LRT City housing project. This is being done by preparing a joint work plan with PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI).

Dony revealed that the preparation of the work plan is targeted for completion this month, so that the project resolution for LRT City consumers can proceed promptly.

“I am preparing their work plan because they are a publicly listed company. So every income must have a decision from their general meeting of shareholders. Whether it takes the form of equity, in which case shareholders will automatically be diluted, or whether we structure it as a shareholder loan. We are currently reviewing this. But it will be resolved this month,” Dony said when met at the Parliament Complex in Jakarta on Monday, 31 August 2026.

As is known, Danantara has prepared Rp456 billion in funds to support the resolution of problems affecting the LRT City housing project, which is being developed by its subsidiary, PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP). The funds will be used to help resolve issues impacting 2,400 LRT City housing consumers.

Dony said that Danantara and Adhi Karya will discuss the project resolution options in greater detail this week. The option deemed fastest will be prioritised, including the possibility of unit transfers.

“They (Adhi Karya) are currently presenting, this is only their first presentation to me. So we will choose whichever is fastest. Of course, there will be options such as unit transfers and so on. We will meet with Adhi Karya in more detail this week,” he explained.

The acceleration of the resolution is being carried out to provide certainty to consumers who have paid to obtain LRT City housing units.

“After this week, we will immediately proceed with the assistance process to Adhi Karya for the resolution of this project. In essence, we want to ensure that this does not happen again. That is what is important,” he said.

It was previously reported that Dony held a meeting with the Board of Directors of Adhi Karya on Tuesday (11/8) to discuss the progress and various public complaints regarding the LRT City project.

In that meeting, Dony emphasised the importance of following up on the various complaints raised by the public. Adhi Karya was also encouraged to strengthen communication with residents and relevant stakeholders.
