Danantara Joins KSSK Meeting, Purbaya: As an Invitee and Without Voting Rights
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Nusantara Capital Investment Management Agency (Danantara) took part in a Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK) meeting for the first time on Tuesday (28/7/2026).
Danantara was represented by CEO Rosan Roeslani and COO Dony Oskaria.
“Danantara’s position in this meeting is as an invitee,” said Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa at a press conference after the meeting at the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) office.
Purbaya explained that KSSK meetings are usually attended only by the Government, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). Danantara’s presence was needed to hear input from business players.
“It is usually just among regulators, and sometimes we want to hear input directly from business players who manage large businesses,” he explained.
“Danantara gave positive input at this afternoon’s meeting, which means we gain more information so that our policies are on target going forward,” Purbaya said.
Purbaya assured that Danantara will not have voting rights. This is already stipulated in the Law on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (P2SK).
“Danantara will not have voting rights; it will provide input,” he stressed.
