Danantara Housing Expo: Visitors can win apartments and houses

Danantara Indonesia is set to hold the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 on 27–30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, Tangerang Regency, presenting a wide range of housing options as well as access to financing and the chance to win prizes including apartments and houses.

During the expo, visitors will have the opportunity to win a number of grand prizes consisting of four apartment units, one house unit, and one solar panel set, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 presents more than 200,000 housing units from developer partners of the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), both state-owned and private, covering housing for low-income communities (MBR) as well as the non-MBR segment across various regions of Indonesia.

The programmes on offer include down payments starting from 1 percent, interest rates starting from 2.75 percent, tenors of up to 30 years, and step-up instalment schemes in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.

The Danantara Housing Expo is designed as a one-stop housing ecosystem that brings together housing options, financing services, and consultations with developers in a single venue.

“The public can explore various housing projects, obtain information regarding specifications, locations, prices, and project status, carry out financing simulations, and even place unit orders in accordance with the provisions of each project,” Danantara management wrote.

Through the expo, the public can consult directly with developers to obtain information on unit specifications, locations, prices, construction stages, and the legal status of projects.

In addition to the housing exhibition and financing services, the Danantara Housing Expo also features a home living area and various educational activities related to home ownership and management.
