Danantara Housing Expo records 300 home contracts on opening day
The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 opened on Thursday at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, Tangerang Regency, Banten, drawing thousands of visitors and recording 300 home purchase contracts signed en masse on the opening day.
The expo runs for four days, from 27 to 30 August 2026.
“This exhibition presents quality housing providers, affordable prices, and long-term financing systems that match people’s incomes, especially for low- and middle-income communities, so they can own a home,” said Danantara Chief Executive Officer Rosan Roeslani at NICE PIK 2 on Thursday.
The exhibition brings together the national housing ecosystem in one place, featuring more than 360,000 housing units, 130 developers, and 13 state-owned enterprises in the housing sector, with prices starting from around Rp300 million.
On the same occasion, Danantara Chief Operating Officer Dony Oskaria said that cross-collaboration among state-owned enterprises, developers, and banks is a concrete step to expand housing options for the public.
He highlighted the housing financing facilities offered through the exhibition.
At the expo, the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) is presenting various offers, including down payments starting from 1 percent, interest rates from 2.75 percent, and tenors of up to 40 years.
“This exhibition is part of the 3 million homes programme for the people, which is the idea of President Prabowo,” Dony said.
The Danantara Housing Expo brings together various parties in the housing ecosystem, from state-owned housing enterprises and developers to Himbara banks, all present in one space to strengthen public access to housing.
Specifically for state-owned developers, 12 developers are offering 16,559 units from 98 projects spread across 23 provinces, with a property inventory value of Rp9.79 trillion.
Of that total, 6,611 units are housing for low-income communities (MBR), while the remaining 9,948 units are non-MBR housing.
