Danantara Housing Expo 2026 to Ease Public Access to Housing
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Danantara Indonesia is organising the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 as an effort to ease public access to housing whilst supporting the government’s three million homes programme.
The expo will be held on 27–30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta.
In an official statement issued in Jakarta on Wednesday, Danantara’s management explained that the expo integrates housing options with a variety of financing alternatives that can be tailored to the public’s financial capacity.
The programmes on offer include down payments starting from 1 per cent, interest rates from 2.75 per cent, terms of up to 30 years, and step-up instalment schemes, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 brings together state-owned property companies (BUMN Properti), member banks of the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), developer partners and supporting industry players in a single integrated ecosystem.
“Through this collaboration, the public can directly access housing options, obtain project information, consult directly with developers, and learn about the various financing alternatives,” said Danantara’s management.
In addition, the expo features more than 200,000 housing units from Himbara’s developer partners, both state-owned and private, covering housing for low-income communities (MBR) as well as non-MBR segments across various regions of Indonesia.
Through the expo, Danantara is encouraging the formation of a more integrated housing ecosystem by bringing together developers, financing providers and supporting industries on one platform.
“This collaboration is expected to broaden public access to decent and affordable housing, whilst supporting the growth of the housing sector, which has a wide economic impact on various related industries,” said Danantara’s management.
The Danantara Housing Expo is designed as a one-stop housing ecosystem offering housing choices, financing services, and consultations with developers in one place.
“The public can explore various housing projects, obtain information on specifications, location, price and project status, run financing simulations, and place orders for units in accordance with each project’s terms,” said the management.
Through the expo, members of the public can consult directly with developers to obtain information on unit specifications, location, price, construction stages and the legal status of projects.
All transaction and financing processes remain subject to the agreements between the parties, the terms of the financing banks, and applicable laws and regulations.
Beyond the housing exhibition and financing services, the Danantara Housing Expo will also feature a home living area and various educational activities related to homeownership and property management.
Information on the housing on offer can be accessed via DanantaraHousingExpo.id, which provides project information, locations, unit specifications, price ranges, and an online facility for expressing purchase interest (expression of interest).
