The Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara Indonesia) is targeting home purchase agreements worth between Rp6 trillion and Rp10 trillion during the Danantara Housing Expo 2026.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, revealed this at NICE PIK 2 in Tangerang Regency, Banten, on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is being held over four days, from 27 to 30 August 2026.

“Our transaction target is approximately, if we set a target, at least Rp6 trillion to Rp10 trillion, which we hope for,” said Dony.

To make housing more accessible, Dony said the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 offers a mortgage scheme (KPR) with tenors of up to 40 years for low-income communities (MBR).

“The opportunity for people to obtain a home becomes longer and broader. With a 40-year tenor, the instalments become smaller. This is certainly very beneficial for everyone,” said Dony.

The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 presents more than 120,000 property options from over 130 state-owned enterprise (BUMN) and private developers.

The property options are divided into several zones, namely First Home, Family Home, and Premium Living, each targeting different consumer needs and purchasing capacities.

Specifically for BUMN developers, 12 developers are offering 16,559 units from 98 projects spread across 23 provinces, with a total property inventory value of Rp9.79 trillion.

Of that number, 6,611 units are housing for low-income communities (MBR), while the remaining 9,948 units are non-MBR housing.

The expo is intended to reach various segments of society, from low-income communities to consumers requiring housing in the middle and premium segments.

To improve public access to home ownership, Danantara is partnering with the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) to provide financing schemes with down payments starting from 1 percent and competitive interest rates.

Based on data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) in March 2026, there are approximately 9.29 million households that do not yet own a home. In addition, around 18 million households still live in dwellings that do not meet adequate standards.
