Danantara Housing Expo 2026: PP Properti Offers 8 Sustainable Housing Projects
PT PP Properti Tbk (“PPRO”), one of Indonesia’s national property developers, has given its full support to the 3 Million Houses Programme, one of the Government’s priority initiatives to broaden public access to decent and affordable housing.
This support is being realised through PPRO’s active participation in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, to be held from 27 to 30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Pantai Indah Kapuk. Through collaboration between state-owned property companies, the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), and supporting industry players, the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is expected to become an integrated ecosystem that makes it easier for the public to obtain housing alongside access to competitive financing.
The President Director of PT PP Properti Tbk, Dyah Rahadyannie, said that PPRO’s involvement in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen marketing performance while demonstrating the company’s optimism in facing the dynamics of the property industry.

At the exhibition, PPRO will present eight housing projects located across various strategic areas, including Grand Kamala Lagoon – Isabella Tower, Grand Kamala Lagoon – Emerald & Barclay Tower, Gunung Putri Square, Amartha View Apartment, The Alton Residence, Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon, The Ayoma Apartment, and Grand Sungkono Lagoon. This offers a diverse range of housing options, from apartments to integrated residential areas, which can be tailored to the needs and financial capacity of the public.
During the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, PPRO is offering various sales promotions to make it easier for people to own their dream home. The flagship programmes on offer include down payments starting from 1%, interest rates from 2.75%, financing tenures of up to 30 years, and monthly instalments starting from around Rp1 million. In addition to these main promotions, each project also offers various exclusive deals tailored to the characteristics of the product and the needs of consumers.
