Danantara Housing Expo 2026: Pos Properti Showcases Flagship Housing Projects in 5 Cities
The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 will be held from 27 to 30 August. PT Pos Properti Indonesia (Pospro) is participating by presenting a number of flagship projects, ranging from premium housing to subsidised homes in various cities. The event also supports the realisation of the Three Million Houses Programme.
The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is a collaborative exhibition involving state-owned enterprise (SOE) developers, the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), and strategic partners to expand public access to housing. At the exhibition, Pos Properti is showcasing several flagship projects spread across a number of cities, from premium housing to subsidised homes.
The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 was initiated by Danantara Indonesia together with the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) as part of efforts to strengthen the national housing ecosystem while encouraging the realisation of the Three Million Houses Programme.
President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to attend the exhibition in person. In addition to presenting housing products from various developers, the organisers have also prepared a standardised financing scheme complete with a number of incentives for prospective buyers, as well as prize programmes including houses and cars for visitors.
On this occasion, Pos Properti is presenting a number of flagship projects, including Rumah Adhyaksa, a premium ready-to-occupy residence in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta; Ruko Mas Nagaraya in South Bekasi; the commercial housing development Praya Cibubur in Harjamukti, Depok; subsidised housing in Sumbawa Regency; and Point Residence, subsidised housing in Karangbahagia, Bekasi. These five projects are part of areas developed by Pos Properti in various regions.
Chief Commercial Officer of Pos Properti, Aldhita Prayudhiputra, said that Pospro’s participation in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is part of efforts to provide the public with a wider range of housing choices, both in terms of location, type, and financial capacity.
“Through the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, we want to ensure that the public has more housing options that suit their needs, from subsidised homes for young families to premium residences for investment purposes. This is also an opportunity for Pos Properti to continue getting closer to the wider community,” said Aldhita in Bandung on Friday (21/8).
To attract public interest, the organisers have also prepared various prizes for visitors, including houses and cars. Pos Properti is likewise offering promotions for prospective buyers during the exhibition. Purchasing Rumah Adhyaksa includes an electric car, while purchasing Ruko Mas Nagaraya comes with a bonus electric motorcycle. Point Residence offers a promotional package including a 30 m² corner plot bonus or one free air conditioning unit, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The peak of the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is scheduled to take place from 27 to 30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK 2. The exhibition will feature more than 220 developers with over 200,000 property units, while also opening space for young developers and regional business actors to introduce subsidised housing projects.
