BerandaMAS, under PT Permata Graha Nusantara (PGNMAS)—a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN)—presented its ‘Indonesia First Energy-Based Housing Estate’ concept at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, held at NICE, PIK 2, Tangerang, from 27–30 August. This innovation addresses the growing demand for housing that prioritises comfort and efficiency as part of a modern lifestyle.

BerandaMAS offers a residential ecosystem that integrates energy, technology, comfort, and connectivity. The exhibition itself features approximately 130 developers showcasing over 120,000 housing units.

The energy-based housing concept is realised through the PGN natural gas network connected to every home, 1,300-watt peak solar panels, and digital connectivity. The natural gas network provides a 24-hour supply and has the potential to reduce monthly energy costs by approximately 50 per cent.

Connectivity is supported by a fibre optic network from PT Telemedia Dinamika Sarana (Gasnet), an affiliate of PGN, providing internet capacities of up to 10 Mbps. Smart home features and IP Live Cameras further enhance resident convenience and security.

In its first phase, BerandaMAS has constructed 154 units, with 26 units currently available in stock. The details include the Tanagi (66/60) starting from Rp885 million, Anila (89/84) at Rp1.19 billion, and Adanu (109/105) at Rp1.4 billion. An Adanu unit with a land area of 135 m² is available for Rp1.7 billion. All units feature individual HGB (Right to Build) titles. Consumers can also benefit from a promotion including free natural gas usage fees for three years, with options for fully or semi-furnished units.

The President Director of PGNMAS, Mr Dian Kuncoro, stated that the company is collaborating with Himbara banks, including BTN, BSI, and BRI, offering down payments starting from 1 per cent, interest rates from 2.75 per cent, and tenures of up to 30 years.

“This scheme provides ownership alternatives tailored to financial capacity, with monthly instalments starting from Rp4 million for Tanagi, Rp5 million for Anila, and Rp6 million for Adanu,” he said, as quoted from an official statement on Sunday, 30 August 2026.

BerandaMAS is located within the integrated Vida Bekasi area, which is equipped with educational, sporting, and commercial facilities. Mobility is supported by the TransJakarta Vida–Cawang route, the LRT, and the Patriot Bus. Nearby educational options include Binus School, Al Azhar Kemang Pratama, and Victoria Plus Bekasi Kemang Pratama School. The Jatiasih Toll is approximately 5 kilometres away, while the planned Jakarta–Cikampek II Toll road is expected to further strengthen accessibility and the residential outlook.
