More than 500 consumers have chosen the housing options offered by Perum Perumnas during the Danantara Housing Expo 2026. Perumnas is marketing over 5,000 units of landed houses and vertical residences across 46 locations throughout the exhibition series.

The Acting President Director of Perumnas, Imelda Alini, stated that consumers who have made their selection will proceed with the financing process and contract signing in accordance with applicable requirements.

“This result is an initial step that will be followed up through assistance in the financing and contract processes until the housing can be owned and occupied by the community,” she said in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday (2/9/2026).

From the total units marketed, 36 locations consist of landed house areas and 10 locations are vertical residences. These projects are spread across Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, East Java, North Sumatra, Riau Islands, Bali, and Sulawesi.

Imelda noted that prospective buyers can obtain information regarding prices, unit types, specifications, construction progress, and financing options before deciding on a unit to purchase.

At the main exhibition held from 27–30 August 2026 at NICE, PIK, Perumnas also displayed 1:1 scale show units. This facility was used to provide a clear overview of the size and layout of the units offered.

“For Perumnas, the results of the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 do not end with the interest and orders recorded during the series of activities,” she added.

Once consumers have made their choice, the transaction process continues with the fulfilment of requirements, financing, contract signing, construction, and finally, the handover. These stages follow the specific provisions of each project and the financing scheme chosen by the consumer.

The continuity of this process is a vital part of ensuring that the state assets being developed can provide real benefits to the community.

“Through the provision of housing, financing support, and ownership assistance, Perumnas is directing asset management to meet housing needs in various regions of Indonesia,” said Imelda.

The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 was initiated by the Danantara Investment Management Agency in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Residential Areas. The exhibition brings together developers, banks, financing partners, supporting industries, and prospective buyers.

“The public can still find various Perumnas housing options and continue consultations through produk.perumnas.co.id, social media accounts, project marketing offices, and other official Perumnas channels,” Imelda concluded.
