Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Investment Management Agency (BPI) Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) is ensuring continuous evaluation of various opportunities as an effort to implement its mandate to provide meaningful socio-economic impacts for Indonesia.

“Danantara Indonesia continuously evaluates various opportunities to implement our mandate to provide meaningful socio-economic impacts for Indonesia,” stated the Danantara Indonesia Communications Team when contacted by Antara in Jakarta on Saturday.

In addition, Danantara assures that it will remain disciplined in assessing opportunities based on strategic alignment, fundamentals, risk-return profiles, and the creation of long-term value, in accordance with the established investment stages.

“We remain disciplined in assessing opportunities based on strategic alignment, fundamentals, risk-return profiles, and the creation of long-term value, in accordance with the investment stages we have established,” said the Danantara Communications Team.

With the government’s acquisition of shares in several ride-hailing application operators, according to him, the systems and policies of those operators will be gradually and steadily adjusted.

Nevertheless, the most important aspect, he said, is that the government will strive to reduce the commission deduction rates.

“The first priority is to reduce the fees taken by the operators. Previously 20% or 10%, so that the operators will only take 8% from the collected amount,” said Dasco.
