Danantara Confirms Ongoing Consolidation of All State-Owned Enterprises' Financial Reports
Chief Operating Officer (COO) Danantara Indonesia Dony Oskaria stated that the company is consolidating the financial reports of all state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in response to queries about the release of Danantara’s official annual financial report. Dony said at a press conference in Jakarta on Sunday that consolidating the financial reports of all SOEs is Danantara’s current priority. “I would like to clarify that many have been asking why Danantara’s financial report has not been released yet. This is part of the transparency we are implementing, which is the consolidation of all SOEs’ reports,” he said. He considered the consolidation of all SOEs’ financial reports as an important part of strengthening fiscal transparency and corporate governance. Furthermore, Dony, who also serves as Head of the BUMN Regulatory Body (BP), stated that the data and financial report consolidation process is targeted for completion by the end of June 2026. “By the end of June, the consolidation will be finished, and all SOEs will be cleaned up,” he added. Additionally, Dony mentioned that the consolidation process involves significant accounting adjustments, including impairments of SOEs’ assets valued at nearly Rp100 trillion.
