Danantara Chief Denies Rumours of PLN Board Reshuffle

The Head of the State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Agency and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, has stated that news regarding a reshuffle of the PT PLN (Persero) Board of Directors is a hoax. He noted that PLN has not yet held a General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS). This statement was made in response to circulating rumours that the State-Owned Enterprise Management Agency and the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara) had conducted an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS LB) for PT PLN (Persero).

“No, I do not know of any reshuffle. That is a hoax. When a RUPS is approaching, there are often many hoaxes,” said Dony when met after attending a Working Meeting with Commission VI at the Parliament Complex in Senayan, Jakarta, on Monday. Dony further clarified that, as of now, PLN has not held its RUPS, with the meeting scheduled to take place on Monday, 15 June 2026.
