Danantara Celebrates One Year of National Investment Management

The Investment Management Agency (BPI) Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) has marked one year of operations. The institution, which manages national investments, was formally inaugurated by President Prabowo Subianto on 24 February 2025.

Through a video posted on its Instagram account @danantara.indonesia, the agency stated its objective to support Indonesia’s integrated long-term development oriented towards added value.

“One year of Danantara Indonesia’s journey in strengthening the foundation of sustainable economics. As an Investment Management Agency, Danantara Indonesia is here to support Indonesia’s long-term development direction through integrated management and value-added orientation,” the statement from @danantara.indonesia said.

Danantara reaffirmed its commitment to building a robust institution with strong governance and realising Indonesia’s sustainable prosperity.

“Danantara Indonesia’s workforce and its entire ecosystem move together to build a solid institution, grounded in strong governance and a commitment to Indonesia’s sustainable prosperity,” Danantara added.

As additional information, investments managed by Danantara are heavily allocated towards national projects, particularly in the industrialisation and downstream sectors. These projects are expected to deliver significant impact in creating added value for Indonesia’s economy.
