JAKARTA - Chief Operating Officer (COO) Danantara Indonesia, Dony Oskaria stated that the company will announce the names of senior management joining PT Danantara Sumber Daya Indonesia (PT DSI) next week. Currently, only Luke Thomas Mahony has been appointed as President Director of PT DSI. “InsyaAllah, hopefully next week there will be several more names announced by Danantara as part of the (PT DSI) team,” Dony said during a press conference at Wisma Danantara, Jakarta, Sunday 31 May 2026. Dony confirmed the selection process is stringent. “We are conducting a strict selection process regarding the human resources who will join DSI. This is currently being done through a strict selection process,” he said. Meanwhile, PT DSI is developing a technology system expected to support the company’s tasks in managing natural resources more efficiently, transparently, and accountably. PT DSI is a newly established state-owned enterprise (BUMN) specifically to manage the export of strategic natural resources. The single-door export system will begin on 1 June 2026 as an initial phase, before full implementation on 1 January 2027. In the initial operational phase, PT DSI will manage exports of crude palm oil (CPO), coal, and ferrous alloys. Previously, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Danantara Indonesia Pandu Sjahrir said that recruiting professional human resources for PT DSI is open from both domestic and international sources. Danantara is targeting global traders to join PT DSI, given the strategic and complex nature of the commodities traded. “So in terms of human resources, our recruitment is also global. Not only in Indonesia, everything is global,” Pandu said during the Economic Insight Series 2026 discussion at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday 26 May 2026.
