Danamon opens limited services at 45 branches during Eid holiday 2026

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) is ensuring customer transaction needs are met during the Eid holiday by providing services on 24 March 2026 at 45 branch offices spread across various cities throughout Indonesia.

From 18-23 March 2026, all Danamon branch offices will be closed. Branch offices will resume normal operations from 25 March 2026.

Branch Network Head Danamon Eka Dinata stated in a written statement in Jakarta on Friday that the bank recognises the importance of smooth financial transactions for customers amid high levels of public mobility during Indonesia’s extended holiday period.

To this end, Danamon continues to work towards providing convenient access to banking services for customers, both through branch offices operating with limited hours and through digital services such as D-Bank PRO, which is available 24 hours a day.

“The operational services provided by Danamon during this Nyepi and Eid holiday period form part of Danamon’s commitment to ensuring customer transactions can continue to run optimally,” he said.

During the limited operational period, Danamon will provide various banking needs, including opening and closing CASA accounts, opening and withdrawing deposits, cash deposits and withdrawals, fund transfers, cheque collection, safe deposit box services, and tax deposits.

Danamon will also continue to provide banking services and facilities to ensure customers can continue to conduct financial transactions smoothly during the holiday period through Danamon’s mobile banking application, D-Bank PRO.

Additionally, customers can also transact through all Danamon ATMs in Indonesia that operate 24 hours a day, as well as through the Bersama, Prima, and Alto ATM networks throughout Indonesia. Customers can also continue to contact Hello Danamon, which will operate as usual 24 hours a day.
