Former Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, was allegedly involved in determining the locations of SPPG (Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units) in the case that implicates him. He carried out this action together with two of his former deputies, namely Sony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, who have also been named as suspects by the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung).

Quoted from detikNews, the three suspects collaborated in the corruption case related to the management of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program. The Acting Head of the Legal Information Centre (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General’s Office, Mohammad Jeffry, explained that the alleged corruption was not only related to the procurement of goods and services, but also to the determination of SPPG locations or ‘kitchen locations’.

“Yesterday, it was stated that in addition to being related to the procurement of goods, it was also related to the SPPG locations. These are the kitchen locations,” said Jeffry, Thursday (4/6/2026).

The Attorney General’s Office had previously explained about the alleged intervention carried out by the suspects in the verification process of the BGN partner portal so that the foundations they owned would still be approved even though they did not qualify.

“In fact, the foundations appointed as SPPG (Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit) partners are foundations that were used as a means for crime and are affiliated with officials or employees of the BGN who do not meet the requirements to become SPPG partners. However, they were still appointed by manipulating the verification on the BGN partner portal with the attention of the suspects,” said the Director of Investigation at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, in a press conference at the Attorney General’s Office, Wednesday (3/6).

In addition, they are also suspected of being affiliated with a number of SPPGs. As a result of this affiliation, a number of SPPG foundations received billions of rupiah each day.

“These foundations received billions of rupiah in incentives each day,” said Syarief.

“These foundations are affiliated, including those owned by Mr. DH, Mr. SS, and Mr. LP,” he added.

The Attorney General’s Office also stated that Dadan and his associates intervened with the committing officer or PPK. As a result, there was an increase in the price of goods and services during the procurement process.
