DAAZ Group Distributes Aid to the Underprivileged and Orphans in Operational Areas

DAAZ Group has distributed 500 food aid packages to communities across several of its operational areas during Ramadan. The assistance is targeted at the underprivileged, orphans, and widows in the vicinity of the company’s operational zones.

The distribution took place at several company operational sites, including Matarape Site, Routa Site, Weda Site, Pomala Site, and Jakarta. This programme is being implemented as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility activities.

Agus Hermawan, External Relations Manager at DAAZ Group, stated that the aid is focused on communities in need around the company’s operational areas. “We are focusing this Spreading Blessing of Ramadan programme to help surrounding communities in need, such as the underprivileged, orphans, and widows in the company’s operational areas. On the other hand, this activity aims to cultivate social awareness among DAAZ Group employees towards disadvantaged communities,” Agus said in a press statement on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.

According to Agus, the food aid packages are expected to help meet the basic needs of communities during the fasting month. The activity also involves company employees in the distribution process.

Agus added that such social activities are regularly conducted by the company across its various operational areas. The programme also serves as a form of interaction between the company and the surrounding community.
