Cybersecurity Firm CYBR's Stock Split to Rp 12.5 Makes Shares More Affordable
JAKARTA — Cybersecurity issuer PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (IDX: CYBR) has carried out a stock split that sets the nominal share price at Rp 12.5 per share, a step taken to make the shares more accessible to investors while increasing trading liquidity.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in 2026, shareholders approved the splitting of the nominal share value at a 1:2 ratio, from the previous Rp 25 per share to Rp 12.5 per share.
This action is also accompanied by a change in the number of outstanding shares from 6,715,248,747 shares to 13,430,497,494 shares as a consequence of the corporate action.
President Director of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk, Patrick Rudolf Dannacher, stated, “The decision at this EGMS reflects our commitment to strengthening the Company’s foundation while opening wider access for investors.
“With the acceleration of digital transformation in Indonesia, the need for cybersecurity will continue to increase. We ensure that from the aspects of technology, governance, and organisation, the Company is ready to grow sustainably,” he said in a press statement on Friday (17/4/2026).
In addition, the EGMS approved changes to Article 12 of the Articles of Association regarding the duties and authority of the Board of Directors. Under the new provisions, the President Director or Vice President Director is authorised to represent the Company, and in certain conditions, may be represented by two other Board members.
The meeting also acknowledged the notification of the passing of Bima Kurniawan, who previously served as a Director on 14 February 2026, and granted discharge and settlement of responsibility for his management actions during his tenure.
The Board of Commissioners consists of President Commissioner Richardus Eko Indrajit, Independent Commissioner Agustinus Nicholas L. Tobing, and Commissioner Andri Hutama Putra.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors is led by President Director Patrick Rudolf Dannacher, Vice President Director Marek Bialoglowy, and Directors Eko Prasudi Widianto, Bambang Susilo, and Doni Mora.

The share price of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk has been recorded to surge continuously and has reached an all-time high. On trading Friday (2/1/2026), CYBR shares closed at Rp 1,845 per share, up 2.79 percent from the previous day.
