Customs and Excise Officials Seal Jewellery Shop in Jakarta
Officers from the Jakarta Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise sealed a safe containing jewellery in the Pluit area of Jakarta on Friday (20 February 2026).
Customs officials, working jointly with the North Jakarta Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), carried out the sealing of luxury jewellery at a shop in the area over suspected administrative violations concerning imported goods.
Workers were seen transporting jewellery items to be sealed by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise at the Pluit location.
