The KPK has searched the Summarecon Bogor office in connection with an alleged bribery case involving the management of Land Rights (HGB). Observations on Monday (21/9/2026) showed that security personnel were guarding the entrance to the office area located within the Summarecon Bogor residential estate.

Activities around the office appeared to be proceeding normally, with security guards inspecting individuals entering the premises. Previously, the KPK conducted searches related to the bribery case involving the unblocking of HGB plots in Bogor, West Java, specifically targeting the PT Summarecon Bogor office.

“Today, investigators are continuing search activities at the PT Summarecon Bogor office,” stated KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters on Monday (21/9).

The KPK has previously searched three rooms belonging to the Director General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, the residence of the Director General of Land and Space Control and Enforcement, and the office of Summarecon in East Jakarta. Investigators have seized various documents and electronic devices.

In this case, the KPK has named eight suspects, including Lampri (LMP), the Director General of Land and Space Control and Enforcement at ATR/BPN; Sontang Coin Manurung (SON), Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office I; and Adrianto Pitojo Adi (ADR), President Director of Summarecon, among others from the private sector.

The KPK has also seized Rp 106.3 billion in this case, representing the largest amount seized during a KPK sting operation (OTT) in history.

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) has responded to the ongoing investigation. The company acknowledged that the HGB in question belongs to a subsidiary of the corporation. However, they noted that there has been no change to the legal status of the HGB certificate as the administrative process is still ongoing.

“The SHGB currently being processed belongs to a subsidiary entity and is in the process of being subdivided; as of now, there has been no change in legal status because the processing is still underway,” the Summarecon Agung management wrote, as quoted from an Information Disclosure on Wednesday (16/9/2026).

Management stated that the initial request for information from the KPK is still ongoing. SMRA also ensured that the news and investigation have had no impact on the status of the HGB, assets, projects, operational activities, or the company’s financial condition.
