CSSR also includes responsibility towards the community, carried out through various social programmes, education, and community capacity building in the surrounding areas. Companies that engage in community development will strengthen social relations and increase public trust, ultimately supporting a better and more sustainable business climate. Consumer trust in product quality and safety reflects the company’s integrity in fulfilling its social responsibilities.
