CSR Is A Double Taxation
TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: The Constitutional Court began on Monday first hearing of the judicial review on regulation on corporate social responsibility filed by three businesspersons.
MS Hidayat (The Indonesia Chamber of Commerce), Erwin Akasa (Indonesia Young Entrepreneur Association), and Fahrina Idris (Association of Indonesian Female Entrepreneurs) who were objected to the regulation they described as “incurring double taxation on business.”
Bambang Widjajanto legal representatives for the three person represented the three persons who did not attend the hearing.
The court ordered the plaintiff to revised their demands, questioning the The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce involvement the appeal, while Fahrina Idris is the daughter of the current Industry Ministry Fahmi Idris.
