CRSA Share Price Volatile, Carsurin Denies Imminent Corporate Action
PT Carsurin Tbk (IDX: CRSA) has provided an explanation to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) regarding the volatility in the company’s share transactions.
Carsurin’s management asserted that it is unaware of any material information or facts that could affect the share price or investment decisions of investors.
The clarification was delivered by the company in response to BEI letter Number S-10466/BEIPPI/08-2026 dated 11 August 2026, which requested an explanation regarding the volatility in CRSA share transactions on 10 August 2026.
In a letter signed by PT Carsurin Tbk Director Theresia Ivonne, the company stated that it is unaware of any material information or facts that could affect the value of the company’s securities or investment decisions of investors as referred to in the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
“The company is unaware of any material information or facts that could affect the value of the company’s securities or investment decisions of investors,” Theresia explained in the clarification letter to the BEI on Wednesday (12/8/2026).
The company also asserted that there is no material information or facts known to it that could affect the price of CRSA securities or investment decisions of investors as stipulated by the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
In addition to highlighting material information, the BEI also requested an explanation regarding the possibility of activities by certain shareholders that could be related to the movement of CRSA shares.
In response to that question, Carsurin stated that it is unaware of any activities by certain shareholders as regulated in OJK Regulation Number 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Ownership or Any Changes in Ownership of Shares of Public Companies and Reports on Activities of Pledging Shares of Public Companies.
“The company is unaware of any activities by certain shareholders,” said Carsurin’s management in the information disclosure.
Thus, based on the information submitted by the company to the BEI, management does not link the volatility in CRSA share transactions to any material information or specific activities by shareholders.
The BEI also requested confirmation regarding the possibility of corporate action plans in the near term, including corporate plans that could potentially impact the listing of the company’s shares on the Exchange.
In response to that question, Carsurin stated that to date it has no plans to undertake corporate actions in the near term, including within the next three months.
“To date, the company has no plans to undertake corporate actions in the near term,” management explained.
The company added that if at a later date there are corporate action plans, Carsurin will inform the public in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions.
In the same clarification, Carsurin also confirmed that there is no other material information, facts, or important events that could potentially affect the share price or the company’s survival that have not been disclosed to the public.
“There is no other important information/facts/events and the company has reported important information/facts/events that need to be known by the public in accordance with applicable regulations,” the company answered.
The company also provided an explanation regarding the plans of its major shareholders concerning their share ownership in Carsurin. Based on information obtained by management, the company’s major shareholders currently have no specific plans regarding their share ownership.
The clarification was delivered by Carsurin to answer the BEI’s request as well as to provide an explanation regarding the company’s condition amid the volatility in CRSA share transactions.
