Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman hosts Eid al-Adha reception for dignitaries and Hajj officials in Mina
MINA — Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, on behalf of King Salman, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, hosted an Eid al-Adha reception at the Royal Palace in Mina on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The reception was attended by members of the royal family, Grand Mufti Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan, senior ulama and sheikhs, high-level guests from Gulf Cooperation Council nations, ministers, military sector commanders involved in this year’s Hajj operations, and leaders of Saudi scout groups serving Hajj pilgrims. The ceremony began with the recitation of Quranic verses.
