Crowds Flock to JEC for Jogja Financial Festival 2026, Day Two
Yogyakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Students and members of the public again crowded Jogja Financial Festival 2026’s second day at Jogja Expo Centre (JEC), Bantul, as it featured a wealth of inspirational speakers.
According to CNBC Indonesia’s observations at 08:45, participants were lining up to enter JEC with enthusiasm, even though the event was scheduled to begin about 45 minutes later.
Radin, a tenth-grade student at SMA 9 Yogyakarta, said he was very enthusiastic about attending the event.
“I’m excited, sir! I can sense a vibrant atmosphere and that the guest list is also appealing, which could be a platform for exploring finance,” he said at JEC on Saturday (23 May 2026).
Radin arrived with around 72 of his classmates.
The second day of Jogja Financial Festival 2026 (23 May 2026) featured top speakers, ranging from a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, to the President Director of a leading Indonesian company, Danantara, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the Ministry of Finance.
Mukhamad Misbakhun, Chair of Commission XI of the DPR RI, will be the first to take the podium to deliver the keynote speech.
Next, there is the Business Talk “The Bankers” featuring directors of major Indonesian banks sharing insights on banking.
