I'm fed up with Steady Safe's air-conditioned buses which serve the Depok-Grogol route. The crew should not take a number of passengers that exceeds the number of the seats. But in practice they allow passengers to stand in the bus aisle, making the ride very uncomfortable.

Those without seats often grumble that they only boarded the bus because they thought it had enough seats available. It is difficult to see inside the buses since their windows are usually tinted.

I hope that the bus crews realize that they're causing a great inconvenience to passengers. I also would like to remind the conductors that it is their job to warn the driver not to take on more passengers when the bus is already over capacity.
