Criminal Incidents Yesterday: Lawyer Stabbed in Tangerang Selatan and DJ Deportation

Jakarta — Several criminal incidents occurred in the Jakarta Special Capital Region on Friday, 27 February. The Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters pursued two suspected perpetrators in the stabbing of a lawyer in Tangerang Selatan, whilst the South Jakarta Immigration Office deported a foreign national DJ and dancer for residence permit violations.

Police Provide Trauma Counselling to Murder Victim’s Family

The North Jakarta Metro Police Station provided trauma healing and hypnotherapy to the mother of 22-year-old murder victim MAR and 16-year-old perpetrator MAH to help them cope with the tragic incidents involving both of her children. “The mother is still hysterical and we are providing trauma healing with hypnotherapy to help her calm down,” said Kompol Ni Luh Sri Arsin, Head of the Women and Children Protection Division (PPA) of North Jakarta Metro Police Station, in Jakarta on Friday.

Police Pursue Two Suspects in Lawyer Stabbing in Tangerang Selatan

The Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters is pursuing two suspected perpetrators related to the stabbing incident against a lawyer in Kelapa Dua District, Tangerang Selatan, which occurred on Monday, 23 February. “We are continuing the pursuit of the two individuals,” said Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, Head of Public Relations at the Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters, in a statement in Jakarta on Friday.

South Jakarta Immigration Deports Foreign National DJ and Dancer for Residence Permit Violations
