Crime is all around

Crime is everywhere now: murder, robbery, theft, fraud,
corruption, etc. Everybody knows that neither religious teachings
nor legal norms condone crime.

Although Indonesia is a law-based state, the relevant
authorities still cannot eradicate crime once and for all.
Although many criminals have been arrested and incarcerated, many
are being groomed to become hardcore criminals.

It is sad to notice that in Indonesia there are certain law
enforcers who violate the law. So, how can people expect legal
protection?

Law enforcers must first of all abide by the law and become
role models for society. The police must continue in their
efforts to eliminate criminals.

Remember: To prevent a crime is much better than attempting to
reform a criminal.
