On Nov. 26 I took my family to Ragunan Zoo in Pasar Minggu,
South Jakarta.

Unfortunately, we found the toilets there very dirty and foul-
smelling. Besides, to use the toilet, we had to pay Rp 1,000
instead of the normal charge of Rp 300 as mentioned in the ticket
box.

Ragunan Zoo management must ensure that the toilets are better
taken care of to bring comfort to the users.
