Minister of Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto confirmed that the single-window export policy through PT Danantara Sumber Daya Indonesia (DSI) will take effect tomorrow, Monday, 1 June 2026.

He stated this implementation is a transitional phase before full enforcement from 1 January 2027.

During this period, exporters of crude palm oil (CPO), coal, and ferro alloy must continue their usual export activities but report all operations.

‘Exporting companies are required to report their activities through or to PT DSI as the state-owned export entity,’ he added.

Airlangga explained that the reporting will be facilitated by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (Ditjen Bea Cukai) via the prepared CEISA 4.0 Portal.

A three-month evaluation will be conducted during the initial implementation phase.

‘This gives entrepreneurs, exporters, and related parties sufficient time to adjust,’ Airlangga said.

He emphasised that the policy aims to improve governance and oversight of strategic natural resource exports.

The policy is also designed to prevent practices detrimental to the nation, such as under-invoicing, transfer pricing, and foreign exchange leakage from export earnings (DHE).
