Court Ruling Issued in Temporary National Data Centre Corruption Case
A panel of judges at the Corruption Court in Jakarta on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 handed down verdicts in the Temporary National Data Centre (PDNS) corruption case. The court convicted five defendants with varying sentences.
Semuel Abrijani, former Director-General of IT Applications at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (2016-2024), received six years imprisonment and a Rp500 million fine, with an alternative of 140 days additional imprisonment.
Alfi Asman, Director of Business at PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta (2014-2022), was similarly sentenced to six years imprisonment and a Rp500 million fine with a 140-day alternative imprisonment.
Pinie Panggar Agustie, Account Manager at PT Docotel Teknologi (2017-2021), also received six years imprisonment and identical fine and alternative sentence terms.
Bambang Dwi Anggono, Director of Government IT Application Services at the Directorate-General of IT Applications, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (2019-2023), received a more severe sentence of nine years imprisonment.
Nova Zanda, a commitment-making official in goods and services procurement and PDNS management at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (2020-2022), received five years imprisonment and a Rp500 million fine with a 140-day alternative imprisonment.
The verdict was presided over by lead judge Lucy Ermawati.
