Court recovers Rp 921 million

AMBON, Maluku: The high court has recovered only Rp 921 million (US$411,000) of the more than Rp 24 billion in state money embezzled this year, court chief Soewarso says.

The high court has handled 20 corruption and economic crime cases this year, he said as reported by Antara yesterday.

In addition to the money, the court has also seized four houses, four cars and one motorcycle. (pan)
