Court Assures Al Mukhlisin Orphanage in Cibubur, East Jakarta, Will Not Be Executed
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Jakarta Timur District Court has assured that the Al Mukhlisin Orphanage for Orphans in Cibubur, East Jakarta, is not included in the land objects subject to eviction. This was stated by the court clerk of the Jakarta Timur District Court, Rudy Hartono, in response to social media content claiming that the orphanage would be executed. “From the results of the second coordination meeting at the police station and what has been conveyed by the execution applicant, the orphanage foundation will not be executed,” said Rudy when met in Cibubur on Thursday (23/4/2026). “From the coordination meeting results, there are several points, as there are already (documents),” explained Rudy. Rudy detailed that there are four land plots being executed in the Cibubur area, East Jakarta. The first plot measures 4,800 square metres based on Ownership Certificate Number 11 dated 20 August 1973. Then, the second plot measures 3,500 square metres, which has been determined by the National Land Agency (BPN). The third plot measures 867 square metres, also in the name of the execution applicant, Nining Rahardja. “The fourth is a plot of land measuring 3,375 square metres, yes. It has also been measured by the BPN,” he explained. “With the request, the follow-up request is dated 3 November 2025. The objects included in the determination here are clear. There are four plots but in one expanse, yes, with varying sizes,” said Rudy. Previously, a narrative went viral on social media claiming that the Al Mukhlisin Orphanage for Orphans was affected by land mafia activities. In the circulating video, it was stated that the orphanage caretakers possess documents and permits to establish the orphanage.
