Jakarta — The Anti-Corruption Commission (KPK) has summoned the Director of Jupiter Kargo Ekspres, identified as HP, as a witness in the investigation of alleged gratification in procurement of goods and services at the Secretariat General of the Indonesian Parliament (MPR RI).

“The examination took place at the KPK Red and White Building in the name of HP as Director of PT Jupiter Kargo Ekspres,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Monday.

Additionally, Budi stated that the KPK also summoned a private individual identified as ZAK as a witness in the case.

Previously, the KPK announced it was investigating alleged gratification in the procurement of goods and services at the MPR Secretariat General on 20 June 2025. The KPK began summoning witnesses for the investigation on 23 June 2025.

On the same date, the KPK announced it had designated a state official as a suspect in the alleged gratification case at the MPR Secretariat General. The KPK stated that there is currently only one suspect in the gratification case, who is alleged to have received approximately 17 billion rupiah.

On 3 July 2025, the KPK announced that the suspect was Ma’ruf Cahyono, former Secretary General of the MPR RI.
