CoreWeave Enters Indonesia: The Chain of Listed Companies Potentially Reaping the Benefits
Foreign investment interest in Indonesia continues to flow amid financial market conditions that have not fully stabilised. One of the latest comes from the artificial intelligence (AI)-based cloud company, CoreWeave, which plans to build three data centre facilities in Indonesia with a total contracted power capacity reaching 360 megawatts (MW). CoreWeave stated that the three facilities are targeted to begin operations in 2028 and will be the company’s first expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. The company also stated that it will own and operate the computing environments in the three facilities itself.
